Age difference

I met an awesome guy this weekend through another friend of mine. A bunch of us ended up going to his family's lake cabin this weekend. His sister and parents were there as well, so I got to meet them too and they are really great people.

Anyway, so we spent the whole weekend together, and it was wonderful. I felt so comfortable around him and his family. He is probably the nicest guy I've ever met. We just clicked, and sat night we both confessed how much we liked eachother and that we were amazed we'd only just met a few days ago. He also said it was so strange how well I just seemed to fit in with his family. And I agreed.

So the only issue is that I'm 27, he's 22. Do you think that's a huge difference? I know he doesn't mind and it doesn't bother me. He doesn't act or look any younger than me. But I just wonder about other people and their reactions. I know my mom might be one to have a problem with it. So how do I deal with that?

thanks,
Morgan

I am somewhat in the same situation. I am 24 and my boyfriend of one year is 20.

All that should matter is how he treats you and how he makes you feel. Also, don't allow what other people say influence your decision about him. If it will make things easier for you, either lie about his age or try to find a way around that question. Age does not matter when it comes to finding your soulmate because you could be dating a guy your age or older and he could act more immature than the the 22 year old.
