Hey all....

So this has been bothering me all day...i have asked my best friend about it but wanted to know the opinion of people who don't know me since those are often the best and most truthful opinions....

I was looking at my boyfriends phone today cause he was having a problem with some program....he just got the phone about a week ago and is still learning to use it....while i was trying to download the program i went to his pictures that are stored on his phone and was shocked to find that he didn't have the new picture of me he took the day he got the phone....

Now, the reason i went to his pictures is simply because i had sent him some pics of me on his old phone and saw one day that he didn't have a single one of the pictures stored. The first time i noticed this with the old phone i didn't say anything.....but when i saw that he deleted my pic off of his new phone i was shocked and hurt!!!!

I immediately confronted him about it and it turned into a mostly silent argument in which he didn't really have a reason for why he deleted my pics.

Don't turn this into an issue; its not that big of a deal. Sometimes when you get a new device you like to start out clean and keep it pristine before putting random data on it. As long as he has some pictures of you somewhere its really not a big deal.

I once fretted over a guy I was dating because he didn't store my pictures, but he had pictures of an old girlfriend, until I realized, he didn't need pictures of me because we were together! You keep pictures to remember someone; if you see them all the time, its not really that important.

Now, if you were somewhere special like Paris or the Taj Mahal, a once in a lifetime experience, and you had a pic of the two of you in front of the eiffel tower, and he deleted it, that would be kind of bad, but some random, everyday picture of you is not that precious when he sees you every day.

Also, four months seems kind of early to be so serious about this kind of thing

Be very careful Missd, this type of behaviour could drive him away.

Missd2008-

Hi. It is way too easy to push the wrong button or activate the wrong function and erase things inadvertently.

My insinct is that you're making a big deal out of nothing.

Be very careful when punishing a man for something trivial. You will breed resent and rebellion very quickly.
