I'm not happy staying with him and yet i've to pretend to be happy with him all the time to prevent from his suspicious on me.

Are you living in the United States? That has a lot to do with how you should proceed. Please write back and I will try to help when I have enough information.

I am concerned as to why you are so calm about this matter. How did you just meet someone and fall in love and now leave your husband and he wants to kill you. That barely seems like a full story. Perhaps you can provide more details and if it is that cut and ry then you need to get the police involved right away before you and/or your kids get hurt! best of luck!

I didn't do it. I'm innocent, I swear! I am just a casual bystander. ;) You might want to resend this to the OP.

Yes, that is why I believe she is from a different country. Her language skills seem limited. Who knows, in some countries these days there is so much violence that maybe she has been desensitized to it.

Threathening is a form of violence. You should see it as a BIG red flag and be prepared in case things get worse. That does mean to have a safety plan in case your husband get violent or for when you are ready to leave him for a safe place. A plan like the one you can find at : http://www.abanet.org/tips/dvsafety.html (first result of "domestic violence plan" reasearch on Google) You could also call women shelters to gather information, or seek help from a social worker...
