All These RULES!

And mind you, not saying we shouldn't have personal guidelines... but all these rules that we all throw around, at times it seems to me we are so focused on the rules and forget about living life.

Let's stop analyzing everything. Let's stop wondering. Let's just start enjoying the flow and seeing where things go. Life is too short for all of this.

Where have our rules gotten us? We have all these rules, but ask yourself: Where have the rules

It wasn't your post that got to me, it was the question over why would we give different advice to someone with an amazing, lengthy first date than we give to someone who had a drunkfest on the first date.

Actually I do see the point that poster was making though...

It's almost equivalent to me when we say "oh, it's ok" when one of our gals blow a date off but if a guy blows one of our girls off, well we codemn him. I think the point the poster was trying to make is that we have different rules for different people and sometimes those rules contradict...

Makes sense?

I see what you are saying, but you can't have the same rules for everyone.

I can agree there. My instincts are usually right on target too, but sometimes I am not "listening" to what the instincts are telling me. It does get confusing because some parts of you say one thing and other parts say something else...Like you heart and your head being on opposite sides, or your body and your mind! :)

hahaha. ;) Well, we, as women do have to cut each other some slack! But all of us are probably right, at some time, to some extent! :) I guess we all have our personal rules but sometimes have to break them. :)
