Am I suppose to ask?

So I have a few prospects on Match. None of them have asked for a phone number or said anything about meeting. One guy apparently ended up ghosting, since I have not heard from him in a couple of weeks.
I have one guy who has sent 8 emails and I have sent 8 replies.... In a way I am slightly content, I don't have to get out of my comfort zone obviously. However, am I supposed to just wait until one of them says "Let's meet" or "What's your number?". If I go by "He's Just Not That Into You", then I should just wait.... right?
Seems like the last time I was on Match.com it was easier to just get their myspace info.... one guy actually became a great friend :)
I am thinking I should just hint Facebook.... However that may be a bad idea too, oh dear, can someone just set me up? :)
So advice would be great, and could someone look at my profile and let me know how it appears?

The goal of OLD is to actually date and for me that means to meet ASAP rather than spend time being a pen pal via email.
After 3 or so emails, I would say, I would like to talk with you to see for it is easier for me do that that rather than email.
