Just looking for a list of OLD sites that might actually work. Are there any sites that might be better for a single mother, than others?

I've had great luck with www.craigslist.com. They are free and have a more mature audience.

Sarah, we just covered this last week so you might not get much response. Try this link:

I'm a single mom also---it seems like men who don't have kids don't get it, and me who do have kids don't get it. Good luck finding a guy who can deal with the fact that your kids come first!

Thanks for the link! I actually had seen that post, but I didn't see many sites listed, is there one called Consumate or something like that?

I think at all the sites you can search in your area to see just how many matches you get. I think when I joined Yahoo I put in my most basic expectations and got about 200 results. Of those, only 10 or so were worthy of contact. Something to think about when you join!

BUT be careful. Fast Cupid suckered me in with some great looking guys, but once I joined I could see that MANY of them had not logged on to the site in 2 years!
