Ok, here's a challenge for all of you...
I'd like you to date 3 people, at least one date... and of those people, you won't look at them... you just look at their personalities and whether or not they're people you can "vibe" with... You have 2 weeks to do this... 3 people in 2 weeks... who's game???
So... who accepts the challenge?

Cool!!! I'm so excited that so many people are "signing up" for the challenge...
Just please make it a summer/spring wedding--I can't stand cold weather! LOL
I'm accepting this challege as well! Although my situation is a little different. I've been talking to this guy online for maybe 2 or 3 weeks? He lives an hour away from me and we've tried to get together before, but weddings, bachelorette parties, etc. have gotten in the way. He has a webcam, so I can see him in the real, he's decently attractive, although I'm not sure if his personality meshes with mine. We have fun talking but at the same time, he seems a little goofy! He has a job, a home, etc. He is divorced and recently at that. But I thought I would take the challenge with everyone, stop second guessing and being so picky and just go out with him and see what happens. It can't hurt right? So we made plans for dinner and fun on Saturday. I'll let you all know what happens!

I've really been out of the "dating" mode but have accepted the challenge. Now, just because this is a challenge ironically I have the "3" guys! One of them I have already met, but after 1 month, he called last night to talk and stated he would like to see if this could go further! Whatever!! (smile)
You know, because I don't care, and only doing this because I accepted the challenge, it would be funny if something jumps off -- like a 2nd date -- hey baby steps!! (smile)
Regardless, got my three and I'm sure I'll have one date with each before the end of the two week period. Uh, when is the end of the 2 week period??
The 2 week period starts when you begin. :) I realize that some people may sign up for this as we keep going, so 2 weeks from the date you start communicating with potential dates... Think that's fair? :)
I'm so happy to see people accepting this challenge! If there are weddings, I want to be involved. hehe.
I've accepted too. Haven't gotten to the date part yet, but starting to talk to guys... ;)
I'm having a hard time with my own challenge! Going a bit slower than I was hoping...
How are the rest of you doing?
Geez, I'm on Yahoo (as a non-paying member) and I'm getting about 2-3 guys who write me weekly and they leave their e-mail and/or telephone number. In retrospect, I will be meeting about 3 of them this upcoming weekend.
I hope to at least start my diary today!! It should be quite interesting, and of course entertaining.
Me too Kerry. I've gotten a couple of emails this week but from guys that are just too far away and no responses thus far to my greets. I don't have a car so I tend to limit my searches to local guys. I'm in San Francisco so that's not too difficult. I've also got a deadline approaching in my free-lance job on top of my full time job. I'm gonna keep sending the greets out though, hopefully I can scare up a coffee meet to break up the days.
I may not meet THE CHALLENGE deadline as I'm already into my second week with no prospects, but I'm sticking to the "Thinking outside the box" challenge of it.
