Well, I don't drive and the guy usually let's me decide so I make him come to my 'hood. If there's any hesitation, I have a back-up, not quite downtown but still convenient to me place that I will suggest and they are so relieved they agree immediately. It's all about me, right?

Just make sure it's away from where you live, though. Think security.

Have fun!!!

The same could be said of you at taking offense at the comment I made about the younger, sexier, cuter in the first place! I put the wink in there saying that I was teasing about the comment and you go off on cupcake and me about the comments WE made. I did not take offense - I was simply making a statement on WHAT I READ. You DID say that and we both quoted it back to you and since I wasn't the only one that read it that way, I am sure you can understand why it was read that way, right? Even if that wasn't the way you intended it, reading it back, can you understand why it might have been taken that way over a message board with no context and inflection? And I am not going to continue to argue this because if you can't fine, whatever.

As I said, I still hold that there are tactful ways of saying things and blunt ways. I am often very honest and I don't give the BS lines of "look on the bright side". I often tell it like it is but temper it with tact and ensuring people that I mean no offense but am trying to get at the heart of the matter.

I read your posts because yes, you do have good points but your ability to never compromise and never see a point of view other than your own and the ripping into people that express any sort of disagreement or opposing viewpoint is very frustrating.

hee, hee. Yes Sheri, it could be called vexing.

Oh yes, and the inability to stop beating dead horses by stop bringing up topics LONG gone that other parties have agreed to disagree... the most vexing of all.
