Don't know what to do???

I met a nice guy from match on Friday night.  His profile said that he was 47 & was looking for a lasting relationship and was Not sure about kids.  2 days later, his profile has changed to definitely wanting kids and looking for a lasting relationship leading to marriage and children and he is looking for a woman between the ages of 36 -52.  How does a man change his profile so drastically in 2 days? 

We never discussed marriage, divorce, kids or remarrying during our date on Friday.  He wote me on Saturday saying that he had a really nice time and would like to see me again.  I was going to respond that I would like to see him too but I noticed his profile change and the truth of the matter is that I do not want to remarry and I do not wants kids.  I guess I am just confused about the sudden change and how he could expect a woman that is between the ages of 45 -52 would or could have a child?  I don't know if I should respond to him and go out again with him to try to figure him out or just move on.  Help!!
