first meeting with this OLD guy

Hi,

I've dated A LOT through OLD over the years, and I mean A LOT (this is not meant a brag by anymeans, just to show that I have some experience here). I've met all kinds of guys, although almost all were very nice and even got serious with a few (8 mos or more) before we (mostly me) decided it wasn't right. I've had a hell of a time find someone who fits.

Well, damn, I think I found him! I never met anyone who felt like this! This guy felt great (not physically, we just met) but it felt like home, being with him (4 hr date).

Damn, damn, damn! I am terrified (but in a good way - I hope)! He seemed to indicate that he felt the same or similar, but one never knows, he could just disappear as OLDers are want to do.

Thanks for listening - wish me luck, please.

Thanks, Amjay

I am specifically NOT thinking about it too much, averting my thoughts whan I start to do that very girlie think-too-much-about-him-dream-of-our-future-thing. That is always bad. I am dating other very nice guys right now too so that will help.

Don't you just love that feeling? Glad to hear so far so great!

Hope to hear it is even better in the future.

Did you have any communication with him after the date?

Having fun yet, buttercup?

Of course it was a good time for him, you would have known if it was otherwise. But maybe that's what he was looking for, a great first date.

What's happening with those other guys, the nice ones you mentioned in your OP?

LG,
We had the first date on Sunday.

We walked around the museum for 4 hours until someone told us to leave because they were closed at which time we were discussing how close we work to each other and that we should meet for dinner after work sometime. He then walked me to my car (even though he parked nearby and I didn't). Then kissed and hugged me (I didn't expect the kiss and missed it) then he said we should have dinner sometime and that I should call, then he said that he would call.

I'm not sure what to do. My friends say call.

That's odd....I don't understand why he would tell YOU to call.
