Sorry I haven't written in a while, I didn't mean to drop off the face
of
the planet. Life got kind of crazy and then work sent me to XXXXXXXX
for two
weeks for a course. I hope your projects are coming along great, what
are
you up to these days? I just got back into the city today and so am
doing
two week of laundry and cleaning my now dusty condo, oh how fun ;-)
Have fun,

Ok, what kind of response do you want to give? He's mentioning the condo but it's as though I'd mention my apartment... I don't see anything really wrong.
Do you like the guy or no? If not, then don't respond. If you do, then answer and see where it goes.
I just find it v. bold to disappear for a month and then write again to see how I m doing.
I think first and last time I saw him was Jan 13! so for 4 weeks he could not answer his emails. Either he thinks I m dumb to believe him or desperate to go out with him again.
he must have been dumped after a few CONDO conversations and let s share a plate dinner:~P
I m thinking of responding with something funny and sarcastic to brush him off. But then maybe it is better to just ghost. Ughkkkk some people are painfully stupid!
"...so for 4 weeks he could not answer his emails."
Did you write him after that date?
The easiest thing to do is to take the moral high road and not respond....but chamey isn't so nice.
Dear ___________:
I've been busy too, but that is not why I haven't communicated with you. Although you are an interesting person,___________, I sense this home remodeling project is very important to you and I don't want to keep you from it. Also, I felt bad about you spending money in a restaurant, clearly you seemed uncomfortable with having to pay for a meal.
I wish you a great deal of luck in life.

How's that?
Just ignore him.
I don't get what the big deal is about his condo. What else is he supposed to call it?
I come late from school so I m always behind in the ongoing discussions.
I did reply to his "had a lot of fun yesterday" email and wanted to invite him for brunch just to pay back for my dinner kuz I felt bad for letting him pay on our first date but did not intend to see on a third date.
so ghosting was better actually! saved me time and money.
I m not in the mood of writing back so I will just ignore and if he calls me I will say Robert Who? I m not sure you have the right number Mr. :~P
