I'm having a lot of success with this one site through tangowire, why I ever wasted my time with Match.com is beyond me...

I have two dates lined up already next week and a third possibly...I don't know that I can handle all this attention. LOL

Anyone else use this site or it's other affiliates through tangowire?

Ive never heard of Tangowire...thank you for the heads up! Match.com did nothing for me...i just don't like how their criteria for profiles are...not enough options to choose to describe myself...its very much a "is" or "you arent" kinda thing. I am a 'bbw" for lack of a better term but I dont want to come off as big buxom woohoo woman. (not buxom for one thing). The only choices I had were Big and Beautiful, Few extra pounds, heavyset. Overwieght woulda worked for me. B and B sounds a lil cocky, Few extra pounds isn't honest. and heavyset well sounds like what my mom used to call me. lol... I am a fat chick with a thin girl inside me and don't want men looking for me who are boobmen because I am not...

...anyway...ranting...just had a few great emails from men on Match.com but nothing ever came of them. Match is just too "lounge lizardy" for me, range is too broad. (And what is with some obviously gay men being on the women-for-men list?) LOLOL
I have way more success with my aol profile. I thought about joining a site or service that was local only.

I imagine a lot depends on one's location, age, and other factors. One of the first men I met through Match, I fell in love with right away! Oh, well, it wasn't mutual, but it encouraged me, as I had just started OLD (I mean that it encouraged me to think that there were desirable men out there). I've met or at least corresponded with some very nice fellows on Match, but I have met more men through Yahoo. Those are the only services I've tried.

No, I don't know about mydate. One of the few sites I haven't tried! I'm still feeling pretty fed up with the OLD world and remain on my time out.

I would love to hear the experiences of others, though.
