How often do you see each other?

Curious to see how often you see the person you are dating from online.
Once it progresses from the first date and you have gone out again and decided to see each other more regularly.
Is it once per week or do you see each other more than that?
And how often do you speak to each other via phone?

I've gone out with this guy twice. Once last week, and once this week. While I'd like to see him every week, I'm not sure he does. He lives 1 1/2 hr away so it's kinda tough. And I think I'm more into him than he is me.. I like hearing from the person I'm interested in alot (either phone, IM, or email). But I know everyone is different. I haven't heard from him since seeing him on Monday and I'm trying not to obsess as to 'why'..that might just be how he is.

Isn't this always the case with OLD....it either swings one way or the other.

I think it happens regardless of RL or OLD.

Yep!
In the early stages I usually see someone once or twice a week; after the first month or two 2-4 times per week. The level of phone contact varies a lot. Some guys like to talk on the phone so I hear from them more often; others hate talking on the phone and so we talk a lot less. I am not a huge phone person myself so I don't go out of my way to have extensive phone conversations, but if someone calls and I am available I will talk.
Re: one person being more into the other person - I think that is almost always the case. There is a theory floating around out there that relationships tend to work best when the man is more into the woman than vice versa . . .
Re phone calls, I'm not a phone person at all, so of course I attract the guys who like to call every day! The thing I hate about that, besides the yakking about trivial crap like what I had for dinner (no lie, one guy asked me that every evening when he called, and my dietary habits aren't exactly fascinating), was that once I'd get used to a guy calling every day, if he skipped a day, neurotic me would immediately think something was wrong, and he was losing interest.
When I first start dating someone, once or twice a week is the usual frequency. It's been awhile since I got past the one-month point, but I would want to up the number of dates per week if we had been dating for two or more months.

Yeah. I've heard that. Many years ago my mother said to me, "I don't care who you marry, as long as he loves you." Notice that she didn't say "as long as you love him."

yes my aunt always tells me to find a man that adores you more than you him... However, it's hard for me to put effort into a r'ship like this, because then I have lack of interest. But most woman I know that have this kind of man are very very happy , and they never have to question the love of their man. They get the reassurance a woman needs..
