Hi Everyone,

I know it's been some time since I've been around. I haven't abandoned you. I have been lurking now and then just to keep up with what has been going on. But since I don't even do that as often as I would like, I find it SO hard to catch up! Well, that's the beauty of this board...very active and always so much neat stuff going on!

So, whether you want to hear it or not, here's my little update. Think of this as that annoying holiday newsletter your relatives like to send. Ignore at will! :)

OK...Been spending alot of time shoveling snow this winter here in the NE and last night's little kick in the butt just added to it. But since I don't have to be anywhere unitl much later, I'm letting mother nature shovel for me today.

School started again in Jan and have been having a heck of a time keeping up with my assignments. I'll blame my kids for that as their hockey season has the nerve to overlap with the start of school!

I'm still dating the same guy I met on eHarmony in the beginning of Oct. He's the one that I kind of "whined" about because, at first, there weren't any sparks, then he was so busy, etc. And then I complained because he wouldn't let me pay for anything...still doesn't. (Yeah, yeah...I'm a pain in the butt!) But that really has been going so well. We're both definitely in a LTR frame of mind...and exclusive.

I really threw out all the rules on this one. I do NOT offer this as advice, just my experience. I was tired of analyzing every word, twitch, whatever. I decided that this time I'm going to to just jump in and go for it. Go figure.

I think about all the time I spent thinking about, and posted about, and fretted about "What does it mean when...?", "When should I...?", "How come he never...?" and here everyhting is just falling into place so nicely. Almost effortlessly. Maybe that's what happens when you meet someone who is on the same page as you are? Anyway, I consider myself lucky. Nope, I can't trace this back to one brilliant, strategical move on my part.

So,that's pretty much it in a nutshell...school, kids and a guy! It's been great to "see" you all again and hello to all the new kids on the block. I'll try to be around more often now that hockey seasom is over!

BTW LG...Absolutley LOVE the new photo!!! I've always enjoyed the many sides of your personality! ;)
