I'm here....

I have written off guy #1... guy #2 was a loser.... and #3,... well I don't know. We had our second date Saturday night and things were fine. Although one warning flag went up. He was in a 10 year relationship, and never married the girl. Which I know for some of you that may not sound like a "flag"... but that puts doubts in my head that he can commit. Plus the fireworks are there yet.... I'm not sure what to do.

I'm the same way.....he's been with the same girl for 10 years and never married. I mean, of course, possibly they both were comfortable with the situation (and I usually ask - smile) but it would be a "red flag" to me as well. As far as the chemistry, I may go out with the guy ONE more time, and if it still doesn't spark, I may not go out with him again and tell him gently! Of course, you guys could become good friends, if that's an option for you!

Hopefully you are still getting other flirts and/or winks or have sent some of your own.

Thanks for asking about me by the way...

I haven't sent any winks or ice breakers in about two weeks... I have received some from others, and I am totally not interested. One was a guy posing naked, the other guy emailed me and told me he didn't want a girl who cheats ( but in other terms- catch my drift?)...I feel like the pool is empty except for the sharks and the throwbacks... Where are all the eligible men? I feel like I have hit the wall, does this happen often? And what do we do to get out of it?

I'm in the same place, but still a believer that when the timing is right I'll meet someone for me! In the interim, I refuse to settle. Trust me there are a lot of guys out there, but I refuse to deal with the BS -- I have too many gfs who apparently like having drama-based relationships! BTDT!!!

Just keep taking care of self, enjoying life, sending flirts, meeting men IRL, and if you believe, it will happen. Now if that doesn't sound "cheesy"! LOL

As for myself, I'm taking a break from dating! Will be traveling for the holidays and want to do some home improvements (painting, etc.) at home, so I'll be busy for the next few months. Off and on, I was dating two guys (Ben & Jerry) and now it seems that weight loss is something else I need to be working on! (smile)

Keep your chin up!!!
