Need picture advice

I got a couple pictures today where I don't think you can tell I'm sweating (it's so hot, I can't believe it). The one I used when I was OLDing 2 years ago is now 2 1/2 years old, and although I still look exactly like that, the picture isn't that great (taken from the side, when I cropped it the new picture came out really small).

So I have two pictures I am thinking are good enough to put up. Neither are full body shots, or whatever else you are supposed to have. One is chest up and one is a close up. I think these two pictures, along with the information in my profile, fairly represent what I look like. I want to have at least two, anyone can have one great picture, if you can have two then it's more likely you really look like that (as long as they are current pics). I can't attach files on here, once they get approved on yahoo can I post a link to yahoo for you to view them? Will a link work if my profile is listed as unsearchable right now? Or can I email them to someone who can post them here for me? Any volunteers?

I figure I'll keep working on a full body shot, but I'm not sure it's 100% necessary. My other question is one picture has my dd in it. I never like when I see men post pictures with their children, I don't think children's pictures belong on dating sites. But this is a close up and I cropped out all but dd's eyes and nose, so it's not a full picture of her (you wouldn't recognize her on the street). What is everyone's opinions on that? If I can get the picture so you can all see it you'd probably be better able to tell me what you think. It's a pretty good picture of me I hope, I'd like to use it unless there are compelling objections that I agree with.

I would think someone with the pay service can post pictures to these boards. I use to when I paid the extra last year. I can't wait to see the pic(s). I hope it/they brings you some good guys. :)

"I figure I'll keep working on a full body shot, but I'm not sure it's 100% necessary. "

Really? Just about any guy will tell you it's 100% necessary. The others just won't bother replying, thinking you've got something to hide since you didn't post one.

It's simple, really -- you just get a friend to take some pics of you -- yes, they're cheesy. Yes, here's a lovely snap of you standing in front of the window, now here you are by the sofa... but it's what you have to do!

I agree with Tracy, a full body shot really is a good idea.

As for the pic with your DD in it, frankly that sounds a little creepy that you've cropped out all but her eyes and nose ;-)! I'm having trouble picturing it...feel free to email it to me though if you like.

There is a profile on yahoo that I really like, that I've been looking at for several weeks now, and I feel I'm never going to email this guy because I'm never going to be done getting the right words and the right pictures! Here they are, let me know what you think. The problem with getting a full body shot is that it's hot and humid as all heck here and my best full body shot will be in jeans, but I can barely get dressed without sweating all over again. Even in these pictures I had sweated all my makeup off. My 5 year old or myself are the only available cameramen right now :)

Nice pics! I think I'd just post the one by yourself for now...get more pics done when you can. I just don't think including kids in your pics is a good idea (although I'm very open to dating men with children), but of course reasonable minds can differ on that ;-).

I say "go for it!"

You look ADORABLE; and I think enough of your body is showing that it doesn't appear you're hiding anything... but I do agree with Sheri about your 5-year old's eyes and nose being a little odd...

Good luck!!

I like them a lot. I don't see any sweat. :)
I agree that enough of your body is showing in the alone shot. Cute daughter too.
