I've started looking at Yahoo and think I'm going to join. I sent ice-breakers to a few guys and got ice-breakers back. If they're sending me ice-breakers, they obviously are not members as well. So if I join, do I just email the guys my email addy to get things going? Or do I not bother?
Thanks! :o)

I would. I know there are two schools of thought on this...one being that if someone is really serious about finding a relationship, he'll subscribe. But since I myself take breaks from subscribing (and I know I'm serious about finding a relationship), I'm more inclined to make contact and find out about his intentions once we meet in person (if it gets to that point).

I would. For some reason I have better luck with match but yahoo does have a lot of users. When I wasn't a member I'd have guys occasionally send me their email and now i might send mine if I really like their profile. Not to mention, I think writing messages back and forth on yahoo if you're both members is a pain because they have those word verifications to protect them or you from spam but to me it's annoying. Match doesn't have it not sure why they can't come up with a better system?
