OLD sites - Pros and Cons

I'd like to create a summary of sorts that gives a basic review of the most commonly used online dating sites and post it on our website.
If you all don't mind...could you list the dating site that you use and just provide a point form list of pros and cons of the site.
I think this could end up being very

The first site I tried was Spring Street (through salon.com). I got very few responses but I found out later it skews much younger than other sites. I did meet one guy who had 20 cats (yes, 20). There was no second date (and I love cats, but really. If I had 20 of them, no guy would come near me.)
Match - I've had the best luck with this one. Based on sheer numbers, I recommend match to others.
Yahoo - Okay, but I've gotten tons of photo-less responses and a lot of guys who lie about their age. I swear, almost every guy who emails me has "I'll tell you later" in the Age section.
Matchmaker - Waste of money. Very few responses. I just don't think the numbers are there, at least not in my area. I was on it for 3 months.
Eharmony - I lasted 2 months. I found it depressing to be closed immediately by so many guys and I found most of the "matches" laughably unsuitable, based on that overly long questionnaire I filled out. Anyone who is thinking of EH should wait until they're offered a deal, either 2 or 3 months for the price of one. No way is this worth $50/month.
Lavalife - I was on it for a couple months. Seems to be good if you're just looking for casual sex.
The only ones I'm on now are match and yahoo.

That's something Pianoguy might just try.

LG,
I'm impressed with your analysis of match.com. I couldn't have explained it better myself. But the most frustrating thing about this site from my perspective is the empty e-mail box I see on regular basis. I'm contemplating wearing your outfit with a paper bag over my head and putting that picture up. Perhaps I'll get a few more bites.

Let your subscription expire. That's the sure fire way to get people emailing and winking. It usually happens the day after you expire..
I was on True.com for a little while for the reasons you listed in your pros. Then a married guy contacted me and I was done. I don't understand how that happened when that is their selling point, right? I didn't pay - would that make a difference?
