Older than my father
13

Okay, I am now officially depressed. I got a message on Yahoo from a 74 yr old guy (I am 40) who says that Yahoo says I am his top match. He's older than my father, & why would I want that??

I think I need a black-bottom muffin and a pumkin muffin, also a cranberry-orange muffin from Dunkin Donuts....maybe Krispy Kreme while I'm at it!!!

*me cries on everyone's collective shoulder

Actually now that I posted this, I feel better...it's actually kind of funny.

I was thinking it was a typographical error really 47 instead of 74. I assume his picture says otherwise! LOL Sorry, I thought that was funny but hey old guys need love too! LOL

Ihisaboe don't worry my dear. just vicariously enjoy the Ben and Jerry's oatmeal cookie crunch that I gluttonously polished off whilst reading posts this evening.
LOL. Folks there is no salvation for my soul (the catholic im me and the extra topped up guilt that goes with it)

On a more serious note, poor guy, can you wonder the courage he had to muster up to proposion a lady almost half his age.
You must be a hot looking babe. ala Anna Nicole Smith.
I have another pint in the freezer just give me the nod, should I say click and I will do justice to it. on your behalf.

I've posted previously about my feelings about older men. Some women like men a lot older, but to me MORE than 5 years is too old for me. I am completely turned off by the mere thought of going out with an older guy. Maybe that is being narrow-minded, however, that is one area I'm not likely to budge on. I've only met one guy via online who was my age (45) and didn't look like he was 55 or older. That is one reason I tend to want them a few years younger. But regardless, if you think of your Dad (or anyone's Dad) when you meet someone, chances are good you won't want to date them. I know I wouldn't.
