Do you think there's an "appropriate" number of photos someone should have on match, for example? Is over 2 just too much? There's a guy I'm going to meet up with-- on paper he sounds exactly like what I'm looking for and in his messages to me he doesn't sound strange or anything (I'm sure you've all gotten some bizarre introductory messages that just turned me off real quick). However, he has about 6 pictures of himself and some of them are with friends. Would you consider that trying to hard, especially the photos that included friends? I mean, I wouldn't put pictures up of myself with my friends in them. My friends would probably be ticked at me.

Any thoughts on this would be great. I just want to make sure I'm not missing a red flag here.

I don't think him having 6 pics and some of friends is a red flag. Personally and for my friend's and family's privacy I don't post their pics on my profile, but I don't think it is odd or a red flag if someone *does*. (Now, if he had pics of himself wearing no shirt or standing next to a sports car, I would probably be turned off because I think that's lame. But that's just me.)

Six pictures is not a red flag. As long as they all have him in them even if it's with friends, no big deal. I think any where from 2-8 or so is fine. However, when I start to go hmm, is when they have 10+ and some are of their dog, their car, their kids, etc. and THEY are not in them (or sometimes if they are!) or there are pics where they don't have their shirt on... that's when I go hmmm.
