Good afternoon friends. When I come across articles of interest I like to pass them on. This one is pertinent to you on-line daters. I am not trying to burst anyone's bubble, just let's all be aware and safe, especially during the holiday season.

(Though the link is active you may need to copy/paste to address bar of your browser or right click and open in a new tab or page)

I know you all are bright and savvy but there was one paragraph under warning signs that popped out at me:

"Wanting to leave the dating site immediately and use personal email or IM accounts. "

This is certainly not to say that the nice guy, or even gal, you've been communicating with is necessarily a scam artist for wanting to use personal email, etc., but I thought it was something to keep in mind. Remember to trust that gut.

Have a great Sunday, all.
