Recommendations?

I found my current boyfriend of 6 mo on craigslist. Granted, there are a lot of crazies and weirdos on there too.

My requirements were I would not respond to someone unless they used proper capitalization and spelling, with generally good grammar. That alone weeded out a lot.

A very long while ago, I tried plenty of fish. (At least, I'm pretty sure it was that one!) It's free and I got some people writing to me, but nothing hit it off past a couple emails. Kind of like both parties were not interested enough to go beyond and actually meet.

Good luck. One of my friends met her partner on match.com and they are now married. So, if the free sites don't work for you, there are successes with the paid ones.
