Religious freak/stalker strikes again!

Ok, so I thought I got rid of this guy, but he kept sending me emails. Finally he sent one that said "Look, if you don't want to talk to me, just tell me, but if you don't at least respond to me I'm going to keep buggin you." Ewwwww!! Creepy, creepy, creepy! Ick! so I responded and told him I didn't think we were a good match and I didn't appreciate the way he pressured me about going to church - he bugged me to go to his church until I finally gave in (after we'd been on only ONE date!), but I cancelled the morning of. Anyway, so here is the email he sent me in return:

"You call yourself a christian but you dont want to hear what God has to say . I told you that day I didnt want to pressure you and I almost didnt call because of that. God told me to tell you that you had a word coming . If I didnt call then I would have been disobedient to Him, my first priority. You can take it how you want to.

If you want to shut me out of your life you can always delete me . I feel like we arent done yet and I'm not giving up . I will bug you until you are ready to talk because I also believe that we met for a reason and that reason hasnt surfaced yet .

You can play the victim if you want but it wont take you very far . I am here to be your friend not a myspace jackass .

At this point you can either delete me or trust me, its your decision but either way I am praying for you .***

He's not giving up? God told him to harrass me??? And I'm playing the victim by refusing to let a guy control me in the name of God? I didn't respond to this, I deleted him from my friends and I blocked him. I also set my myspace page to "friends only." He still has my yahoo email and my cell phone number but THANK GOD he doesn't have my last name or my address. I seriously thinking stalker! Ugh. What a loser.

That is just insane. It baffles me that people out here actually exist. What the heck kind of a planet do they live on anyway! Well, at least it makes for a good horror story if you ever want to entertain anyone with stories of dating gone wrong. Creep is a huge understatement with this one.

You should report this guy to whatever site you met him on - most dating sites have these "terms of use" that prohibits sending harrassing emails.
If he gets in touch with you again, tell him you are going to take the correspondence to the police.
Several years ago,a friend of mine was stalked by someone she dated briefly and broke up with. She finally had to go to the police to have it stopped.
That's just my 2 cents - but be careful!!!

What a loser. You can block him on Yahoo. Just go to Options and select Block Addresses. Put his in the little box and voila - no more emails from him. Also, I suggest seeing if your cell phone provider has a way to block numbers. Most don't but you never know. At any rate, you can just continue to ignore him or you could just pick up and hang up the phone any time he calls. That's just weird.

Writer - me too! Is there any way we could chat on a messenger? I've been communicating with a guy who is pretty tight in his beliefs. We have not met. He seems very kind, but I'd hate for this to be the same person. :S
