Reporting Bad OL Daters

Something came to mind as a result of my experiences thus far in OLD.
I've uncovered countless 'marrieds' in my search for someone compatible with me. One in particular was found out when his WIFE emailed me, then told me to check out his profile to see what she had done with it (I've got to admit, she had one heck of a funny way with words! LOL). I told her everything she needed to know (we hooked up via Instant Messenger), including the fact that he told me he was never married and lived with - get this - his SISTER. I thanked her for the chat and revealed to her that he and I had been in contact with eachother for almost 3 weeks and were about to meet.
Is there a place on the 'net where people can report bad online daters? Everything from scary dates to 'marrieds' pretending to be available? I think this would be VERY useful for us, but I also see how it can be abused. Those of you living in the States are lucky that you can do background checks on people. We can't up here in Canada because of the FIPPA Act.
Anyway, I'm just brainstorming. As you can tell, I've had some bad experiences with OLD. I'm the type of person who holds honesty and integrity in the highest regard and feel that OLD gives shady characters a chance to thrive on the rest of us.
Are there sites already performing such a service? I can add a few, let me tell you. BUT, I won't give up. I've met a ton of friends online that have transferred into real life.
Any ideas or info about sites such as this? Do you think it would be a help or hindrance to online daters?

Check this out. I think someone else posted this awhile ago. I have never found anyone I went out with and thank goodness I never found myself. Sorry to hear about the not so good experience. At least you found out when you did.
