I’m thinking of having my e-mail address and vital statistics printed on a T-shirt. I’ll wear it whenever I go grocery shopping.

Maybe they all assume you have a bf.
I don't know about you, but the gym is the last place id want a guy to talk to me lol.
Being all sweaty and my hair all messy..oh gosh..what an image lol.
I'm completely wow'd by your post. You've just given me a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks!
>It's not online that's the problem
Yes it is.
>This board is online and you get plenty of reaction from us!
That’s because nobody knows my vital statistics and pre-judging me by them. I am given the benefit of the doubt.
>With OLD I can be seen (viewed) by more people
>lots of men that I would never bump into IRL
Possibly, but have you ever counted the number of men you pass when going about your day to day activities like grocery shopping or walking your child? How many of them do you ‘notice’ and how many of them ‘notice’ you? Maybe you are 'bumping' into more men in the virtual world, but how many of them would you care to date?
>I can do both all I am doing is increasing my chances of finding someone
I agree--If all you want is ‘someone’.
I make it a habit to notice most of the men I see at the grocery store, in the gym, wherever else I go...most of them are wearing a wedding ring, or are not noticing me, wrong age, etc. On line, you're targeting specific people who (supposedly) are also looking...it increases the odds. I'm not saying it's easy, but who am I going to meet IRL? I make the same effort there as on-line, and I've dated jerks I've met at Starbucks too.
How is looking for "just someone" any different on line than IRL?? I don't understand what you meant by your last statement.
Ugh.
Being online doesn't mean I'm willing to settle for just anyone or that I ignore men IRL.
