Catherine, from Ontario. My favourite fruit? I guess for the moment it's cranberries, as that's all the fruit I've eaten in quite some time...

Blueberries are really good for you. Like I heard antioxidents and everything. Prevents cancer, and so does strawberries Nicole. Good choice. Mangos rock!!!!!

Gail,

Mangos do rock, but with the diet I'm on they're not allowed *pout* (they are too high on the glycemic scale, i.e. they have too much sugar). But I do have mixed berry protein smoothies I make every day that have blueberries in them. *grin*

Hi everyone, i'm Jen from Philippines. My favorite fruit is sweet ripe mango. Unripe mangoes are yummy too especially when u dip it in a shrimp paste (bagoong as we call it and only seen in the Phils.), it's a (smelly) sweet and salty paste (u may say yukkkk...lol)
