pitched voices on the phone than I'm occustomed to. Is it only me that has noticed this? Is it that they are nervous talking to me? making that first call?

Or what!?

Seriously, am I the ONLY one who has noticed this!?!?!?

Probably just nerves- or for some reason you've hit a string of higher pitched guys.

Also, are you using a cellphone instead of a regular landline now? Or maybe they are? Because the bandwidth of a cellphone and dynamic sound of a cell is going to sound different. It's like the difference between AM and FM radio, if that makes sense.

Maybe it's because you are actually speaking with more guys now than you did IRL before OLD?

I know for me, I never noticed how many guys in SoCal have feminine affectations when they speak, before I started OLD. Not a judgment, just an observation.

So perhaps that's all this is...
