Gods in his heaven and all is right with the world.

Well, as right as one may view it, lol Its the beginning of week two at the parents house, and we are gettin along really good i think. My mom loves haveing Fred and I here, and Dad and Fred are getting along almsot too well ;) hummmm lol

I go tomorrow to talk to the lawyer about filing bankruptcy, im a lil scared. But it has to be done as I have no other options left to me. I will hear shortly, i hope, about a job at Hells Gate. The gift shop manager has told me that 2 of her last year girls havent let her know yet if they are coming back or not. So, Im hoping they dont. lol she said they were running outa time as fast as she was running outa paitience for them.

The ladies in town want to have some sort of shower or reception for Fred and I. This came from one of the least likely people to metion it and my Mom is floored. Shes very impressed though that they do wont to have somethign for us. So we are planning a vow renewal in May sometime and then have a potluck reception following that. WE wanted to renew our vows, more for us as we feel this is a new beginning for us and a turn in the right direction. Plus, I did miss out a bit, not having my family at my wedding, so this will solve that as well.

Freds working today, helping gather moss and cedar boughs to sell in the flower market in Vancouver. He'll be outside, where he loves, and he'll be earning money which he loves a wee bit more. lol HEs been feeling a lil bit like a leech living with my folks, so if he can earn money to contribute to food ect, he'll feel like hes earning his keep.

Well, I best get a wiggle on here, got bathrooms to scub and bread to put into the machine.. hehehehe

I'm really happy for you and Fred! I'm glad to hear that things are going so well for the 2 of you. Good luck with the lawyer tomorrow. My friend and her husband filed for bankruptcy and she said it was much easier than she expected. I'm sure it will be for you, too. Also want to wish you luck with the job. It sounds like things are going really well in your life right now and I hope that it stays that way!!

Aww Char, I'm so happy things are going so good for you now! Don't worry about meeting with the lawyer...they get a bad rap, but they're really nice people :) Good luck with everything sweetie!

WOW! Charlene your life sounds like a dream or something I would see in a movie. Sounds so wonderful there and to have your guy with you. That must be great. Alittle tid bit on the bankruptcy. Nothing to it. File, takes away most debt, and the only real problem is that you cant really get anything on credit for a while. Like if you and Fred wanted to buy a house, most places will want you to have good credit for around 2 years. SO, even though the actual bankruptcy is on your credit for 7 years, the actual time it takes to start buying stuff again is around 2 years. So, its not too bad. I filed almost 3 years ago and me and the Ex bought a house, a car, and I have credit cards now. Well, one. lol SO, as you can see it doesnt affect you for very long. So, dont be scared. It is really a simple process. So, goodluck with it. Anywho. I am really happy for you and glad to see you. I think there someone looking for you here on the board last week...lol Now I know who Charlene is. Great! lol See ya!
