When you are viewing a profile - what are the top three things that people write about that make you click away and think "no way" ....

Hey, you said "three"!

Mine:

1. Friends first. Um, yeah right....

2. Separated. BTDT.

3. Open minded woman.

4. Men in my age group who look for women 20 to 50 years old. What the heck ARE they looking for?

It's not that everyhting else is negotiable, but those are the ones that would immedaitely keep me clicking through.

I had a guy on eharmony close a match because he felt the age difference between us was too great.

He was 31 and I was 32....I had a birthday a week previous, maybe if I had emailed him sooner we'd be hand in hand now...I'll never know...boo hoo!!!

Some of these people are ridiculous that are on the dating website. I get more and more jaded every time I go back and use them.

OK you're now officially 17 over the intitial limit! My, you can go on!

<<18. Stating "open minded" - wth does that mean?>>

My point exactly. When they say "open minded woman" my mind goes right to the gutter. I don't think they mean "spiritually". LOL Maybe they're just stating in a coy kind of way that all they want is sex? Pretty amazing that there seems to be a million ways to say that.

I know we always say we should be more creative in our profiles, but I think in this instance people should just be plain about it and say, "I just wanna get laid. How about you?" It would clarify so much!

They're more likely to find what they're looking for if they just come out with it like that, too.
