I met few people online but only liked one guy. He is out of town for four months. Comes on vacation and holidays only for a week every month or so.
We clicked well together. Since I met him last time 10 days ago he stopped logging to the online dating site where we met. So I guess he is not searching anymore ( or at least I hope!) I do log in only to spy on him :) not to check others.
my question is if I really like him and he does and I want to be exclusive with him how do I let him know? Shall I hide my profile? we ve met about 6 times only b4 he left ... had a blast together and many dates we spent 6-8 hours together. made great love and he acted many times like a BF.
I m not sure if hiding my profile b4 talking to him is a good idea. I dont want him to think I m desperate but I dont want him to think I m not serious either.
thnx
J.

Never assume anything. He could be dating others or keeping his options open or he may not be. Until you have the exclusive talk -- I'd hold off but that's me. If you are exclusive then you should take your profiles down and if your not he's free to look or date whomever he wants to just as you are free. If you feel secure enough, ask him about it and if you feel it's to early stop checking up on him and keep the faith that you two will eventually be an item.

I ve heard so many talks about this exclusivity Agreement :)
I m not confortable discussing this. With all my Ex's we ve never discussed it, it just came naturally. And usually it would be through my BF introducing me to his friends as J. My GF. so it was really the best way of doing it I think. I dont like to sit down and say hey are we moving to the next phase anytime soon... blah
For me it is so structured and not me!
I would mention that I m not confortable ever being with two guys just to see how he feels about being with two girls... and kind of feel the waters but wont discuss exclusivity openly unless he asked me about it.
how would you discuss it?
I know people have different attitudes about this so it would be nice to share your prespectives...
cheers
