What Should I Do?

I was matched with a guy a few months ago. We went through the various stages of communication, exchanged pictures, sent a few emails, and then spoke on the phone. Unfortunately, the timing wasn't the best as we spoke on the phone shortly before I left to go out-of-town for a few months. He had asked when I was leaving and when I was coming back, but nothing was mentioned about meeting. We had a great conversation on the phone(spoke for an hour), and in hindsight, I should have told him to call me when I returned so we could meet.

Should I send him an email letting him know that I am back in town or should I expect that he will call if he is/was truly interested?

I would send him a friendly email letting him know you're back...then let him take it from there.

What should I say to him? It is a bit awkward to send an email after not talking for over two months.

"Hey I'm back. Had a great time in _________ doing _________. How are things with you?"

I would think it's perfectly okay to send a quick email saying I am back from vacation, it was great and I am looking forward to talking to you and telling you the fun details.

its been MONTHS....email the poor guy. He isn't a mind-reader and if he was "normal" he most likely wouldn't have chiseled your return date on a garden stone to know exactly when you'd be back unless you were already in a relationship for a few weeks lol...

go for it girlie...whats to lose? Even if he is involved with someone now...he'd be flattered =)

Actually, I would have hoped that he would have tattooed my return date on his hand! J/K :) The email has been sent so the ball is in his court to contact me.
