hey guys, I'm going out with my friend's cousin tonight for the first time. He seems like a nice enough guy, and I'm going out with him because, why not, he asked me. Still, if I don't see myself attracted to him (or if I am repelled by him) at the end of the night, what's the best, chillest way to let him know I'd like to pass on future dates?
Thanks.

Honesty peppered with kindness. It's most respectful to be up front and not lead him on by saying something like, "It was nice meeting you and I wanted to thank you for a lovely evening. I look forward to having you as a new friend."
Now - telling him that you aren't sexually interested in him is pretty presumptuous. Telling him that you view him in the friend zone is a nice way to let him down. Unless you don't even wan to be friends with him.
I'd just say thanks for coming out and don't make any effort toward any contact (a hug or anything).
