They were just normal kisses.
From what I've heard and experienced, that is actually a good sign.
***It makes me feel like things could build instead of decline.***
That's great. For one thing, I think that clearer heads prevail where passion is not over the top. Also, it means that there can be some anticipation which is highly underrated as both a physical and emotional aphrodesiac. It also means that, if it does not work out, the level of investment is lower.
As for what you said in an earlier thread, I understand your point about not having a man treat you in a way that you would not reciprocate. I love to be spoiled - I admit to being somewhat high maintenance. But, if I don't think that there is realy potential, I do my best to try to convey that by wanting to buy my meal (though I don't insist just because I think that's taking it too far). But, if I like a man, he is free to wine and dine me to his heart's content. And I will spoil him in return by plannining great trips and cooking him amazing meals and just making him feel appreciated. So - for all of my joking, I do not think that it is ever nice to take advantage.
By the way - 5 of the last 6 men that I have dated over the past 5 years (on a semi-serious basis) had names that start with the letter J. In fact, three of them had the same name. So my friends have hereby banned me from any further J men.
I feel like I can reciprocate in the future in "other" ways (cooking, etc.), but not after a first date.
AJ, enjoying life with C.
