Hi everyone,

just curious...what are some good ideas for dates? or does anyone remember something that they did that made for a unique or memorable date? So far this new guy and I have done the basic stuff-- going to the bar for drinks, dinner, movies, coffee... Any more creative suggestions?

Thanks!

I had the best date a couple of weeks ago!!! We went Ice skating. I had never been and he played hockey for years. But it was so fun and I felt like a little kid. Then we went and had. But it was probably one of the best dates in a long time.

Hi Megan,

I think some of the most fun dates are also some of the most low-budget ones. Things like mini-golfing, bowling, going for a hike (only if you know the guy well enough to trust him out in the wilderness alone!), having a picnic. Since Halloween is coming - how about a haunted house? Just a few ideas.

Have fun! :-)

how about a small venue, low-budget improv show, play or concert. You could go hiking(if it's not to cold where you are) or go to a park and just play like a couple of 5 year olds (make him push you on the merry-go-round).

one of my faves thus far is a guy took me to a bar that has all kinds of board games you can play...we got drinks and ended up in a hilarious game of Guesstures with six other people we didn't even know. It was a complete hoot!
