Do any of you have any fun plans for the long weekend?

So far, all I have is a BBQ on Saturday that is being thrown in the parking lot of my complex. It'll be a good opportunity to meet some more neighbors. I'm still holding out hope that something will be planned for tomorrow. You'd think being in DC I could come up with something to do on the 4th of July!

I'm going to my 30th HS reunion all weekend long! Besides fun, it's sure to be interesting, no?

I also start my physical therapy today to take care of my injuries from my 9-ft fall on Mothers Day--finally! So whatever they show me, I can duplicate at home, and be on my way to recovery at long last...

Nope, no plans for me. I could go home, but I have a hard time justifying using the gas when there really isn't a purpose. The whole fireworks thing doesn't excite me anymore, and my family doesn't really do anything but that. Hopefully I'll get my butt in gear and work on a huge project I haven't started that's due Tuesday. I'm such a procrastinator.

Tomorrow I have a barbecue (his friends); Saturday I need to work during the day and at night we're going to see T3 with one of my friends and Sunday we're going to his cousins' beach condo, by train so that we don't have to deal with traffic. I'm looking forward to all of it.

Just the same old family thing that we've done since I was young. An all day picinic and since my uncle lives on a lake he does his own little fireworks. Should be fun. A little depressing since my ex went w/my the past 2 yrs - But I'm gonna try not to dwell on it. My town also has fireworks tonight so some girls from work and I are going to go! Can't wait.
