Don't ask, just do and then be observant.
I like some verbal communication - especially if my partner and I are getting into unchartered territory.
Sometimes I like it as foreplay, too - if we are out for drinks or driving home, and he tells me what he wants to do to me, and asks if I'd like such and such. HOT!!!
Better not get any more in depth. I don't want to violate TOS. LOL
I think there's a big difference between a guy asking "Do you like abc" or telling me what he wants to do and saying "so, what do you want me to do?"
Stop doing the jackrabbit...hehe... Is that something like the 500 mph tongue when a guy is kissing?
That's true.
hmmm...I would assume that the 'jackrabbit' is the REALLY overly fast *ahem* thrusting action during sex. Have you seen the Sex and the City were Charlotte gets married to Harry? Carrie has a fling with the best man, and that's exactly what he does...just HILARIOUS! Unfortunately, it's actually happened to me :P

That's what I meant...probably performed by those guys who think the fast flicking of the tongue is desirable in a kiss.
