Weird question but what do you eat for breakfast? Is it an everyday fare or do you change it up?
See I get bored with breakfast which is partly why I don't eat it. When I do eat breakfast its Lucky Charms (yeah, healthy I know...sarcasm) or Cheerios. Sometimes before my Wednesday class I'll stop at Jamba Juice for a fruit smoothie but those things have a lot of sugar so I'm questioning how good they really are for a person. But mostly I skip it all together because I tend to sleep in and then be in a rush to get out the door or I just get bored and not eat it at all.
Any suggestions? I'm pretty open to anything except oatmeal or peanut butter/jellies/jams...yuck!

I pretty much have been eating oatmeal for the past several months.
I try to eat breakfast.
I forced myself to eat Special K red berries, sort of grew to like it, and now I can't even look at a box of Special K. Cheerios is about as healthy as it gets as far as cereal goes.
I wish I had time to make eggs and stuff too but the cleaning up thing is the worst.
I really wish my parents had made healthy eating a priority in our house. Its an incredibly difficult habit to break as an adult.

My standard is a whole-grain cereal (currently into Kashi Go Lean Crunch - healthy and really yummy -- it's like cinnamon granola. It has a lot of protein and fiber so you stay full for a long time).
For my mid-morning snack, I usually have blueberries (frozen defrosted) with Dannon Lite n Fit Vanilla yogurt (low sugar). (Blueberries and other berries are great antioxidants, so I try to eat them daily).
For variety, I also sometimes make homemade "egg mcmuffins." I microwave a whole egg or just egg whites in a ramekin dish for one minute. Place that on a toasted whole wheat english muffin, melt some cheese over it and add a slice of vegetarian canadian bacon (you could do turkey bacon or something like that to keep it healthy if you're a meat eater - or just skip that part. Tomatoes and avocados also taste good on these). This really tastes good on a cold day and fills you up all morning as well.
I always, always eat breakfast because the body's glucose stores are so depleted in the morning, it really is necessary for good health and to maintain your metabolism. (yep, on my soap box again - sorry). They say eating anything, even cold pizza, in the morning is better than not eating anything.
