I have a guy friend who I happen to have feelings for. He knows that I like him but we are nothing more than friends. We have never dated but have hung out a lot over the months I have known him. We've gotten rather close. We work together and I actually met him through work. Because his work schedule is completely opposite of mine, I hardly see him or talk to him anymore. Yet, I've heard through a friend that my name seems to come up often and she's not the one who's bringing it up. Which only means that I must be on his mind a lot these days. I'm guessing he misses me? About a month ago, he was complaining to a friend about something I had done but the weird thing was, it had nothing to do with what he was upset with me about. He was upset about something work related.

I guess I find it interesting that my name still comes up even though I'm hardly around and hardly interact with him anymore. Which makes me wonder how much he really thinks about me I probably cross his mind a lot more than he would probably want. I can't help but wonder how much he thinks about me. Is it possible that he likes me? Maybe more than he realizes? Or is that completely crazy?

No your not crazy, anytime I like a girl, I tend to bring her name up more often than normal whether or not I've seen her for a period of time. I've blown it with a few women because I chickened out. So I say go for it, get his number!

completely crazy.

I keep mentioning my girl friend's name to others when she s not around and I m not interested in her that way. If you want to know for sure ask him if he has a GF, has interest in dating someone... you can start out as a rant about single life and then ask him few questions to know his take. This way I think you might draw his attention to you in a different way
