2nd.. Dr. Joy Brown says to not date anyone or should anyone date until they are sep. for one year and have divorce papers in their hands.. So he is sep.

Kinda cool story. Their youngest kid is only now graduating from HS. I said, "Why didn't you tough it out for just 9 more months?"

He sort of himmed and hawed and then said, "Well, she's a hoarder. It's very difficult to live with someone like that.

Well, you sure sound like someone who is mature enough to handle difficult relationships, and a relationship with a newly separated man is bound to be that... BUT I wouldn't dismiss a guy I really like just because he has issues or baggage - we ALL do, and some of us never get rid of it. If I was to offer advice it would be to proceed cautiously, see if you can keep it more on a friendship level and learn more about each other... and, as with all things, leave a little to chance and to impulses. After all, if you're a good match, some things will just come naturally. Good luck :)

Well it doesn't sound like there's much danger of him going back to her and emotionally I'd bet he is done so I'd say go for it but proceed cautiously.
