When I was getting a divorce I started eating more because I was depressed .. I became an emotional eater and I gained weight. Its still on me and too lazy right now to diet..
Oh; My emotional eating has gotten better but when I do get upset I run for the cookies....
Only now I have more control over it since I am accountable to only me..... and I try and make good snack choices.. Popcorn, tofutti pops .., frozen yogurt, trail mix..
Actually I eat less now because I cant afford to much food right now...
Thanks Marie. A certain woman in question- from looking at her recent FB pictures , has put on an almost unhealthy amount of weight in such a short time (1 yr)
