Sundays for me mean homework that I didn't do the rest of the weekend. I strongly dislike Mondays this semester because of my Monday class. My classmates bother me a lot and the class is more stressful because of how they approach it. Baaah!
I had a completely ridiculous impulse buy this Friday. A navy blue cocktail dress. I don't really have a plan for when I'll wear it, but it was a great buy and a beautiful dress. Marshall fields, $168 down to $70. Wooo!! Now I need to find shoes, which is a bigger challenge because shoes are butt-ugly these days. Oh and sexy lingerie. Even bigger challenge..haaaaa!
I am actually looking forward to the upcoming Monday. I played some basketball today. I didn't play well, but felt great! I have been miserable lately, not being able to go to the gym. After some basketball, I am feeling all the adrenaline and hormones again. Not bad.
I've gotta catch up on the laundry I should have been doing when I was out playing in the snow, and then I'll be watching Dr McDreamy. Sigh. I love/hate Sundays, too, because Mondays are too soon, Fridays are too far, and Saturdays are just a memory.
Well, I wish I had been relaxing! Instead, I spent all afternoon working. And then this evening I went on a blind date -- which I have never done before! And my friend who set me up was out of town, so I didn't even have her to talk with as I got ready or afterwards!
He was nice. Took me to a cool place for drinks & appetizers. He made it very clear that he was paying for the evening, and he gave me a polite hug as I got in the cab. Very much the gentleman. I'm glad it wasn't as bad as I feared -- I seriously thought beforehand about bailing on him and making up some excuse afterwards that I had been kidnapped and shipped to Antartica or the like...
But it was a good evening. Glad to be home. Now I can finally relax and watch Grey's Anatomy, which I taped!
Once in a while my family will all get together and have a Sunday dinner. Sort of like they do on the Sopranos, lots of food, wine, people, etc. But you know, we leave out the guns and stuff. :-) We did that last night and I ate enough to sink a ship. I think that makes Monday especially difficult. :-) That, and it snowed overnight and iced everything up this morning. I wish I could have had a snow day.
Sunday evening may have been two nights ago, but I am just now finding the post, haha. I watch Desperate Housewives, and Grey's Anatomy, on those evenings, but this week the housewives didn't come on, so I hit the bed early. As far as Monday, being my least favorite day of the week, I really don't have a least favorite, I farm for a living, so there is really no point in not liking a particular day of the week, each day is a work day :-P

My Sundays usually involve grading and lessons that I didn't do the previous week.
