Girl at Bank = Want to Ask Out

Hello,

I recently went into a bank to refinance my loan. I found the girl that helped me to be very attractive. I want to ask her out.

I'm NOT worried about rejection but would like advice on how I should approach her to ask her out based on these facts: 1) I have only met her once 2)We do not know each other 3) I do not visit that bank often 4) I might put her in a bad spot if I were to ask her out at work (maybe I'd get her in trouble).

I can contact her via phone, email or in person. I feel that asking her out via email is impersonal. We may talk via phone until my loan is complete. I was thinking of calling her on the phone to see how my loan is doing so that I can keep the communication lines open. I want to build some type of rapport but I know that my time to make "the move" is very, very limited. Any advice?

Ahh, good idea! :) I agree, though, calling her more than once at work...nuh uh. I'd be kind of pissed off, honestly, if a guy kept calling me at work, especially where she seems to work with the public. Even if I'd liked him before, I'd find that A - rude; and B - a little too clingy. I'm telling you, it's when you guys overthink things that you get in trouble. Even if you stumble over your words a little or get nervous, if she likes you and isn't a b**ch, she'll think it's cute. I certainly would. But using business as a front, a thank you, is a great idea, I think.

During my loan process, she actually had another person help us as she is new to her position. I agree that most people that work with the public are " friendly" wether they like you or not. This girl seemed smart, down to earth and she was cute. Due to the circumstances, I don't think that she can express interest. I agree calling for social reasons are inappropriate.

I agree I would like to keep business and pleasure seperate. I will definitely wait until the loan process has ended.

I agree that I should not call for social reasons. I think that I will either call her or email her when the loan closes and Thank her for her service and offer to take her to lunch as gratitude. I will definetly not ask her out in person as I also agree it puts her on the spot.
