My desk is an L shape and I swear there are many days when I really do look at the corner, way back in the back, and wonder how long I could

Ehh, kinda near the Cape, but further north. Maybe 35 minutes. :) Smack in the middle of the South Shore.

A friend of mine lived in Miles...I lived in Shelton for two years and the new Student Village (spoiled...thank goodness for financial aid :) ) for the last two. I don't live THAT far, but I still miss living so close to Kenmore and Back Bay.

I was an art history major, which is what I'm applying to grad school for...yourself?

I was an engineering major. I struggled thru (other) schools and found sancuary at BU as an engineering major. My former spouse was an European History major. We both went on to grad school. Me at Carnegie Mellon and she as a Poly Sci major at Drew.

So now you are out from under your desk, where do you plan to put yourself over the weekend *wink*?

Me? I got my dear daughter, both of us are recovering from the week. She had finals this week. Tomorrow I'll be volunteering for this event that is sponsored by my work. Right now my single life is consisting of working out, laying low, and go out to do some ecstatic dancing once in a while to feed my soul.

May your soul be at rest.

May your heart remain open.

May you realize your own true nature.

May you be healed.

May you be a source of healing for the world. - a zen prayer
