As to your health concerns: have you had your thyroid checked? Hypothyroidism can cause tiredness. I recently had a blood test that revealed I had it. I wasn't tired, and didn't even know there was anything wrong, but my case is mild.
As to your "gas pain": it is possible that a cyst on your ovary burst. I've had that happen a few times. It's not really harmful, but it's incredibly painful. I went to the ER once because of it, but by the time I got there, it had gone away.
As to how I am: I've been pretty lonely this summer. Like some of the other posters, I don't have any truly available friends to do things with. And I haven't been on a date since 2003, so it's not like I have all of these dating opportunities.
Hey - just a thought - sometimes snoring can be caused by sinus issues, like a deviated septum. I'm the queen of sinus problems. A deviated one needs to be surgically corrected, but breathe-right strips can really help. It might worth having your new doc look into. I take prozac for anxiety issues, and it has really helped with my insomnia, but I know how difficult finding the right prescription can be. I just needed a little help regulating my low serotonin levels and things turned around pretty quickly. Hope this helps!
Maybe we're all just tired! :) I've been worried recently about having less energy and being more tired more often, but maybe it's just being overworked, overstressed, underpaid...everything, haha. :)

My doctor checked my thyroid three or so years ago when I complained of being tired.
I've been to the doctor numerous times in my life complaining of tiredness.

Just my two cents.
I wonder how well I sleep as well, but I don't have anyone to assess it for me.
