I know this feeling. Some days are just like this. You just have to brush your teeth, go to bed and make a better attempt at it tomorrow. A lot of things can contribute to this "feeling" such as water weight (my nemesis) so try not to see it as a long-term thing. I know that doesn't help the feeling go away but it at least makes a little more sense.
