My diet today has consisted of chocolate slim fast, half a sandwich, cheetohs, hamburger helper and a turkey burger.

There's one in Liberty, too, but it's kind of hidden so it took me awhile to find it.

Does anyone else feel that they gain weight when they start seeing someone? That seems to be my problem area, I gained weight when I dated my last boyfriend, mostly because he had a typical guy diet and I usually ate pretty unhealthy and we always went out drinking beers. We would always come home after a night out and order a pizza or eat Krystals. I did exercise but not enough and I packed on a few. I've lost it all now and I'm in better shape than before I started seeing him because I'm exercising a lot more. I was never big or anything but I didn't feel very attractive with the extra weight.

I am a chocoholic, I love the No Pudge brownies and the Skinny Cow ice cream stuff, especially their fat free fudge bars. I hate the way most low fat stuff tastes but these are really good and I recommend both.

In general, I find that cooking at home helps with my weight too, I eat mostly whole grain stuff, fiber is great for watching your figure. Another thing I've found is that I do my grocery shopping online, this way I can avoid the sugary/junk aisles altogether so I'm less tempted.

I loooove Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. I am a big cheese lover and that's been a struggle on the diet but Laughing Cow makes some great diet-friendly cheeses.

hmmm well I tend to LOSE weight when I first start seeing someone - because I'm more concerned about the way I look (without clothes! :p) and as long as I'm REALLY in to him I try to stay skinny. But I've not "started" seeing someone in a while and over the last year and a half I've packed on a good 20 extra but I'd like to lose 30. I dont' really do much to lose - I SHOULD be more active because I sit in this dang chair all day infront of the computer and my poor body is just wasting away! :( But the last thing I want to do is go exercise after work! :( UGH! :(

Enough :( s for one message? Here's one more :( :p

You are correct, if you don't mind the after effects cabbage is a great low-cal "filler". Do you like spicy? Have you ever had kimchi? It's sort of a pickled Korean cabbage. It's very good. I've gone on about cabbage much too long, here ; )

Yeah, had the ice cream not been there, I don't think I would have gone out of my way to go get some ... I've got to learn to keep those sorts of foods out of the house!

Did you find a way to eradicate the rotten egg odor?

*Auntjules, congrats on the 8 pounds!!

I'm addicted to Laughing Cow cheeses, I buy the little wedges and bring them to work with some crackers. I love cream cheese and have never found a tasty diet friendly replacement so I just buy the good ole regular, I've tried Nuefachatel cheese (however you spell it) but still not the same as cream cheese :-)

Just plain ol' baking soda took care of it.
