I've been talking to this guy for about 3 months. He works at the gym I go to (he's a trainer.) He used to call me a lot. He doesn't call me as much now. I see him at the gym every other day though. He asked me out when we first met, but I said no. Hasn't asked me out since. I tried to get him to come out with me...that didn't really work :-) So I decided that I was tired of the game and I decided to write him a letter telling him how I feel. I gave it to him last night. Haven't heard anything from him yet. I'm seeing him tomorrow at the gym. Did I just make a big mistake?? What should I do??

First of all, you sound disappointed that he didn't continue to ask you out after you turned him down once. I think that's pretty understandable. If you said no once, any rational guy is not going to be rushing to get rejected twice.
Since you wrote the letter, whatever it may have said, there's nothing else you can do now. Just wait and see.

I think the better option would be to admit to him in person that you made a mistake when you said no and that if the offer still stands, you'd be happy to take him up on it.

There's more to it than that though.
