To be honest, I've been cranky all weekend long.

Shy....your workouts sound exactly like what I tried. I walked an hour, 7 days per week for a month with no results. But, as much as I hate doing it, I added in some weight training and cut my cardio in half and started seeing some progress.

That's exactly how I feel.

I have to be really careful with weights.

ok, now you made me jealous.....I only wish I could gain muscle that quickly....it burns more calories and theoretically should make the fat melt away quicker. I lift weights for weeks and while I look a little trimmer, you still need a microscope to actually see my muscles.....I know they're there somewhere!

I wish I could offer suggestions for dealing with the stress, but I'm one of those lucky people who isn't really affected by stress. It takes a lot (literally life or death situations) to stress me out. I do get moody frequently, especially now that I can't workout at all, and have yet to figure out a way to deal with that issue.

>>HA! No chocolate? Kill me now!

What about something that tastes like chocolate without the calories or sugar?

I tried yoga once and found it really boring.

In the one class I took, I felt like I was holding positions forever. By the time we moved on to something else, I was more than ready. Are there different types of yoga classes that might have a slightly faster pace?
