HI!! Shy
I love the second one. It is so elegant and a very nice color. I don't know about you but from my perspective I stay away from too many pleats. I love v necks too since it helps to minimize my broad shoulders.

I usually shop in ROSS for nice dresses. I have bought formal dresses from there for max $25.00. If you have one close by try going there.

Thanks,
79.

I like the 2nd one better. I couldn't find what kind of fabric either one is made out of, though, and that's important, because you want something that's going to not wrinkle in the car (and that's not going to need dry cleaning, or at least I prefer clothes that don't).

Well, I like the first one, and I like that color, too. A pleated skirt is nice - it hides everything - bulges, odd shapes, etc. - that's going on down there, which I find makes me feel more comfortable. The color is good for fall or whenever, and I think it's a flattering one for most people. I like the little belt, too.

I really like the first one - it's got a little more pizazz.

I think the second one would fit both occasions better, but I worry that the neckline is too low.

I like the first one better, too, but I worry about that high neckline.

Hi!!
Sisfox
I am a ROSS addict too. Every weekend I go there for bargain shopping. Last weekend I got ann klein shoes for $12. It is a shopping haven.

Shy ,
Here is the site : It is not online though . It has physical stores. http://www.rossstores.com/. Some more places that come to mind are Marshalls, TJ Maxx and AJ wright. I have had good luck with all of these and are pretty reasonably priced. I like JCPenny too but I have a tough time finding right fits there .

Hope it helps and good luck in finding a perfect dress.
