Next Monday is our last weigh in for our Biggest Loser contest at school. At this point in time, I'm in second place. The person in third is 0.04% away from me. I can't catch first- she's lost far too much, far too fast. However, I could slip down very easily. I'm losing motivation right at the end for some reason! I've been tired and sore for two weeks now and I just want to not think about calories or exercise or the scale for awhile. But I have to for one. More. Week. Keep me motivated this week! Pretty please? There's far more to this story...I'll post about the drama later.

That was my plan. I do have an 18 oz cup full on my tray. I'm drinking diet DP instead! I'll drink my water when I'm done, I promise. They're collecting my pee, so I'm a little self-conscious about going!

Are you drinking tons of water?  I'm sure you are . . . if you can make yourself drink a gallon per day, it really helps.  I don't think most people (I didn't) realize that the recomended daily amount is 8, 8 ounce glasses per day but more is even better, in my opinion.  A gallon is twice that amount, obviously.  I knew a woman who, all she was doing was taking herbal supplements, and drinking a gallon per day.  She was eating sensibly, but not really following any sort of diet plan . . . It was as if the pounds simply melted off of her body.
